Tai Chi Warm-Up Exercises are a series of muscle relaxing exercises which help to relax muscles, realign joints and alleviate pain.
Pain caused by the misalignment of joints. When our bodies are in a state of good alignment, the normal flow of qi and blood in our bodies will be restored or maintained and subsequently our personal health will be improved.
It is recommended to practice it in the morning before starting your day, or in the evening before going to bed, or any time during the day to refresh yourself.
